If you are not happy with a FULL-SIZED rug you purchased, we will gladly exchange or accept a return within 30 days of your purchase. Pleaseto request a return authorization and shipping label. All rug returns must be shipped back in the original packaging or equivalent with a return authorization number. All refunds are issued after receipt of the package and inspection of the rug, typically within 30days of receiving the rug. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees apply.

WHERE TO USE:A friendly foundation for any room - and they look great layered with other rugs! Perfect for adding a rustic touch to high-traffic indoor areas such as the covered sun porch, family room, or dining room. Not recommended for children's rooms. Placement of these rugs is important, as our sisal rugs are dyed with vegetable-based dyes that can fade if exposed to frequent sunlight

CARE:Regular vacuuming and rotation should keep your rug in shipshape condition. When vacuuming, always use the standard floorhead; never use the rotating brush. Dry spots can be removed by scraping carefully from the outer edges toward the middle of the spot. Do not rub wet spots; simply blot with paper towels, and clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Professional cleaning is recommended when needed. For indoor and enclosed porch use only. Flammable; should not be used near a source of ignition.
